Excel Accounts offers you this exciting new service that means that you will not even have to leave the comfort of your own home to complete your accounts.

We will ensure that all deadlines are met, and will keep in regular contact with you, in your preffered method of contact, wether it be:-

  • Post
  • E-mail
  • Telephone
  • Fax

If you require we can even contact you, and send your reminders by SMS message!

This service is a flexible as you want it to be. Whether you do most of the bookkeeping/paperwork yourself, or none at all, we will handle all this for you.

Even if you just want to send us through a bag of receipts, we will, collate - sort and file them, and produce whatever you want us to do.  From just general bookeeping records, right through to Profit and Loss accounts and Balance Sheets, VAT returns, right down to the completion of company and personal tax returns if required. All collection and delivery charges the we incur will not be passed to you.  The fee we agree with you on an annual basis, is all that you will pay. 

We will arrange the courier to suit your personal needs, and once our work is complete, we will return your books to you, within an agreed time.  It really is as easy as that, we currently have many satisfied customer that use this service, and we hope you will experience it too. 

You may now be wondering how much will this all cost? Well if you note down the answers to the following questions we will be able to offer you a draft quote, to give you an idea of the cost of this service.

Please answer the following :-

  • What is your trade?
  • Is your business a Sole Trade, a Partnership, or a Limited Company? 
  • What is your annual turnover?
  • How many employees do you have?
  • From the following, which services will you require?
    1. Bookeeping
    2. VAT returns
    3. Payroll
    4. Final Accounts 
    5. Tax returns 
  • Do you operate a business bank account?
  • Volume of sales invoices (generated roughly on a monthly basis)
  • Volume of purchase invoices (obtained roughly on a monthly basis)
  • Finally, if you are an existing business, what do you currently pay for the above accountancy services?
  • Any other information you feel maybe relevent to the quote.

 

And thats all we need, what we will do from here is give you a draft quote, and after agreeing it with yourselves, we will arrange for your books to be collected.  Upon receipt, we will examine the books and records, which will enable us to provide an accurate quote for you.  

As long as the information you provided us above is all accurate, there is usually only a minor difference, if any, to the original draft quote.
