Excel offers the full accountancy package, depending exactly what you want to complete. Below are the different services that we provide:-
Start-up
From setting up as a sole trader, to setting up a company, let Excel take the stress out of it for you. We will complete all the neccessary paperwork, and documentation to ensure your business is set up correctly, as soon as possible.
Bookkeeping
Whether you currently keep your own books, have never kept your own books, or simply wish to cut down on the paperwork and the hassle, then speak to us, and we will incorporate an accountancy schedule that will fit exactly what you are looking for.
VAT Returns
Right from registering you for VAT, down to completing quarterly or monthly VAT returns, Excel will guide you through. This can be completed from information provided from your own records, or from those prepared by Excel Accounts.
Payroll
Using the latest IRIS Payroll software, we can prepare your wages for as many employees as you wish, on a weekly or monthly basis. This service will include:
- Registering your business for PAYE
- Printed pay slips for all employees for each pay period
- Monthly/Weekly reports summarising the months salary activity
- Completion of end of year P60's for all employees
- Submission of employers annual return (P35)
We can now also offer an on-line filing service for the P35 end of year return. This means that your business will benefit from the tax free payment incentives currently offered by the Inland Revenue, for small businesses who file on-line.
By 2010 this may be a mandatory requirement, so let Excel Accounts let you and your business take advantage of this.
Year End/Final Accounts
Once all required records have been completed up to the year end, we will prepare year end financial statements. These will comprise of a Trading and Profit and Loss Account, and a Balance Sheet at the year end date.
Once completed these will be used in the preparation of the relevant tax returns that are required. We will also supply copies of these to you for your own reference, in an approved format to be used by banking organisations etc.
